Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and being available during the confirmed delivery window. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, an additional delivery fee may apply.

S’morelicious currently provides local delivery within selected areas around Miami. We do not offer nationwide shipping.

Orders placed by Thursday at 8:00 PM are scheduled for delivery that weekend. We aim to deliver on Saturday, but orders may be delivered on Sunday if we experience a high volume of orders. Customers will be contacted with an estimated delivery day and time window.

Orders placed after Thursday at 8:00 PM will normally be scheduled for the following weekend.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s distance from our location.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Someone should be available to receive the order during the confirmed delivery window.

Weather, traffic, or unexpected circumstances may affect delivery times. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
